With no super diet Yung Joc went from chubby to sexy. He shares with King Magazine on how he loss 35 pounds by eliminating carbs, staying discipline and hitting the gym. He told King Mag that it started off with a bet, we started dieting, eating 5 times a day and working out 4 times a week. At the end of the bet Joc collected $1,000 from his CEO, manager and the assitant manager. Joc went on to explain that you must keep your metabolism elevated and eating does that.
Joc's diet: “For breakfast, oatmeal and juice. Around noon, grilled chicken breast and salad. The meal after, tuna that comes out of the water. Later, grilled chicken breast, broccoli and string beans.”
Last but not least the work out: Joc stated he started out with 20 pounds; now I’m gonna curl up a 90-pound weight. And crunches—you have to do crunches,” says Joc, who recommends getting a trainer. “Do cardio every time you work out. Just stay on the treadmill and work your way up. I would run for 20 minutes.” What about yoga, Pilates or capoeira? “No weird shit.”
