R&B genius R. Kelly has plans to go on tour November 14th -January 12. The only thing is he has not asked for permission from the courts like he is ordered to due so. R. Kelly was charged with 21 counts of child pornography in 2002 and 7 of those were dropped and of course he pleaded not guilty. The next status hearing is November 2nd and if convicted of the charges, he faces up to 15 yrs. in prison and a fine of up to $100,000(ouch). Hopefully the courts will allow him to go on this pre-scheduled tour that jumps off in Columbus, GA and ending in Hampton, VA. This is the most pushed back case I have ever heard of!
