OMG! MICHAEL VICK NOW HAS A 3RD LAW SUIT BY A CANADIAN BANK?

Ex-Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is being sued for $2.5 million after a Canadian bank says he defaulted on a loan. The federal claim alleges that Vick failed to promptly give a semi-annual financial statement and disclosure of his assets. News of the suit comes in the same week that a judge ordered Vick confined to his home between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. after Vick tested positive for marijuana. Also in the same week, a Virginia grand jury indicted Vick on dog-fighting charges. Vick already awaits a Dec. 10 sentencing on separate federal dog-fighting offenses in the same incidents: The disgraced NFL star acknowledged funding a Virginia operation known as “Bad Newz Kennels” and helping to kill dogs that didn’t perform well in the contests. Is he getting what he deserved, or should he have been allowed to keep on playing? BET.COM
